Here is an easy one for the Lower Township Police. Please move from sitting at Tabernacle Church to further south on Seashore Road and get those golf carts driving on the 40 mile per hour roadway. They are holding up traffic, it is dangerous, especially no seat belts on children, and it is against the law to be on any roadway more than 35mph. Thankyou
