Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, but there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up nine indictments March 5. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  

Michael J. Gleba and Meghan A. Gleba were jointly indicted for the second straight week. This indictment is for shoplifting and conspiracy to commit shoplifting, both counts in the fourth degree.

Kimberly A. Braun faces two third-degree counts for burglary of a motor vehicle and theft of movable property valued at more than $500.

Renee C. Juliano was named in a two-count indictment for shoplifting in the fourth degree and third-degree possession of a CDS, alprazolam.

Albert G. Kalin, Alyssa K. Garcia, Heather A. Bakanauskas, Brian M. Neill, and Paul E. Young were each independently and separately indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS. All individuals face a single count of possession with the exception of Young who was named in two counts. The drugs involved were methamphetamine, fentanyl, and heroin.

Branden M. Nicolosi was indicted on two third-degree counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, a firearm/rifle.
