COURT HOUSE– A former Sea Isle City school employee was indicted Tuesday, Oct 13, for official misconduct, the Press of Atlantic City reports.
Lorye L. Craver, 32, of Dennis Township, stands accused of stealing money from the district’s payroll account. Craver, is charged with official misconduct, a second-degree crime, and exhibiting a pattern of official misconduct, a third-degree crime, for allegedly taking money on June 15, June 30 and July 15 in excess of $500.
Craver is also charged with three counts of theft for each of those events.
