There’s a lot new at Rooted in Wellness, a store focued on healthy food, healthy products, and healthy living year-round.

Check out more healthy foods, waste-free home products, more all-natural supplements, and a better layout at the store!

2025 has been quite a year for the Rooted Wellness family. We have spent a lot of time researching new products to bring in, rearranging some store’s layout, and planning for some larger remodeling changes to come. We have phased out some of the traditional “pharmacy items” such as over-the-counter medicine and replaced it with homeopathic remedies like Boiron and Hyland’s. We also have reorganized a lot of our food and produce to make it easier to find what you are looking for.

Some new additions:

We have been slowly bringing in more “grab-and-go” items like pre-packaged sandwiches, yogurts, quinoa bowls, protein snacks, vegetable packs, and other snack / light lunch items. And there is much more to come!

We dedicated a whole aisle to biodegradable and recycled paper products (paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, paper plates, napkins), cleaning supplies without harsh chemicals that are healthier and safer for you and the planet (dish soap, laundry pods/detergent, household cleaner, stain remover, hand soap), and specialty gifts like soy candles, natural colognes, perfumes, and deodorants. We have also expanded our supply of essential oils and diffusers.

When you walk in the store, you will find a main aisle with a spectacular array of healthy snacks, breakfast essentials, and baking items. All these products are wrapped in packaging that boasts of their natural properties; being either organic, gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, or simple ingredients.

To the right, you find a fun, brightly lit wall of greenery that is the backdrop of fresh organic produce, nicely displayed in wooden bins. This is all alongside an arrangement of pastas, soups, canned vegetables, sauces, condiments, and much more.

On the opposite side of the store is the refrigerator and freezer section – an almost hidden gem in the store that you do not want to miss. In the refrigerated section, you will find a range of dairy products (and dairy-free alternatives) such as milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, and so much more. They also have refrigerated, microwavable meals, prepackaged ravioli, cured meats, olives, kimchi, kraut, and miso. They also do not fall short in the beverage department, offering coffee cold-brews, kombuchas, juices, and other soda alternatives.

In the freezer section, you will find dairy-free ice creams, grass-fed organic beef, organic chicken, gluten-free pizzas, microwavable meals, gluten-free bread, bagels, tofu items, salmon, and much more.

All throughout the store you will find a wide range of vitamins, supplements, protein powders, teas, coffees, and other natural products.

Such a wide variety of these things can be somewhat overwhelming – what do I need? What kind should I get? To help navigate your overall well-being, Terry, owner and functional nutritionist, is available throughout the week to provide consultations where she gets to know you and your needs better and ultimately recommends products or lifestyle changes to help better YOU! You can schedule a free info session on these services by visiting www.rootedwellnessnj.com, and navigating to the Rooted Nutrition section.

Stop in and see it all for yourself by visiting Rooted Wellness in the Village Shopping Center – 38 Tuckahoe Road, Marmora, NJ 08223. You can also follow them on Instagram and Facebook where they share daily product highlights and special offers.

Rooted Wellness also offers a rewards program, Rooted Rewards, where you can earn $10 off your order for every $200 you spend at their store.
