Praise for Veterans’ Stories

By Adeline White, Villas

To the Editor:

I would like to thank the Cape May County Herald for the spread they did for Veterans Day. It was outstanding. The stories of some of the vets really stirred me.

My son-in-law was in Vietnam and still has some issues. None of us will really ever know what our vets went through in all the wars. I am 87 years old and have seen too many wars. I am very proud of all our vets from all the wars.

The Herald did an outstanding job on the stories by bringing them to us. It’s a shame some of the other papers didn’t do the same, but that’s why the Herald is the great paper it is. May God bless all vets and their families. Keep up the good work, Herald.
