To the Editor:
I read with interest, on page 6 of the Feb. 10 Herald, the article where, according to the mayor, the original bonded amount of $15.5 million will be reduced by a $9.93 million federal grant.
This, as I am led to believe, will reduce the bonded debt to approximately $5.57 million, which would naturally reduce our city’s debt service.
It’s a good, efficient operation of finances. Thanks to North Wildwood City Council and Mayor Patrick Rosenello.
