The following is the consequences of not obeying leash laws.
There is a dead dog and a family man with severe pain from multiple broken ribs all because someone on Indian Trail Road did not follow leash laws.
A loose dog may run in front of a driver, causing untold heartache for a family.
Leash your dog.
