To the Editor:
Some people never learn from their mistakes. This is quite apparent with Michael Clark. After his resounding defeat in the November election, you would think he would stop calling people names.
In his last official act at the Dec. 16 Middle Township Committee meeting, he called three members of the audience “The Three Stooges.” The three men he was speaking of (I being one of them) are men who care about this community; we make most of the committee meetings and take an active part at the meetings.
We opposed his not supporting our sheriff and name-calling of Mayor Timothy Donohue. I guess because we don’t agree with him, we are just stooges.
This must be a Democrat thing. If you don’t agree with a Democrat you are a deplorable or a smelly shopper or some part of a hate group.
When they use name-calling so often, they devalue the meaning of the word. We are losing our country to this sort of rhetoric. Michael Clark owes us a public apology.
Cape May County – I’d like to suggest to the Herald that they leverage spout offs draw and replace some of the ads for their paper with a few paid ads that you probably can charge a little extra for. Lots of people…
