The third annual Crest Adventure Races will be held Saturday, Sept. 27 beginning and ending at Sunset Lake in Wildwood Crest. The event includes a five-mile run, 5K run and a one-mile fun run/walk.
Registration for the event begins at 8 a.m., with the runs going off at 9 a.m. at Miami Road and New Jersey Avenue.
The Crest Adventure Races will take participants through Wildwood Crest’s scenic neighborhoods, beachfront and bayfront.
Registration fees are as follows:
five-mile run, $20
5K run, $15
one-mile fun run/walk, $10.
All registration fees go up by $5 after Sept. 22. All pre-registered runners will receive a long-sleeve T-shirt. Race-day registrants will receive shirts as supplies last.
Awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in a variety of age groups for both the five-mile and 5K runs.
