Wildwood Announces Season-ending Beach Coverage

WILDWOOD – The Wildwood Beach Patrol will provide limited lifeguarding services during the week after Labor Day.
According to a release, guarded beaches will be available Sept. 3-8. at the following locations:
Cresse Ave Leaming Avenue, Rio Grande Avenue, Andrews Avenue, Baker Ave Youngs Avenue,  Spicer Avenue,  Lincoln Ave Oak Avenue, Maple Ave Magnolia Avenue,  26th Avenue.
There will not be lifeguards on duty after Sept. 8 at 5:30 p.m.
The city encourages people to never swim when lifeguards are not on duty.
Wildwood Beach Taxi Service will also end Sept. 8. Baker Avenue Beach parking will be open weekends throught Oct. 1.
