By Rick Racela

The national weather service in mount holly has issued a high wind warning that is in effect from 11 a.m. this morning to 10 p.m. this evening.
An area of low pressure will move from the Ohio Valley to off the southern New England coast today and intensify as it moves eastward.
Behind the low, there is a tight pressure gradient and very strong and gusty northwest winds are expected to develop by late morning and continue through the afternoon into the evening hours.
