STONE HARBOR – Motorists are alerted to the Stone Harbor Triathlon that will take place July 21 from 6:30 to 8 a.m. throughout the borough and the detours and delays they may experience.
The event will close Third Avenue from 87th to 90 streets, and Second Avenue from 87th to 90th street.
First Avenue will remain open, however, it is possible that detours occur after 8 a.m.
