Stone Harbor Closes Beaches, Boat Ramp, Fields

STONE HARBOR — In an effort to contain, mitigate and control the spread of COVID-19, the Stone Harbor Office of Emergency Management has closed the following areas to the public through May 5:

  • All beaches from 80th Street to 122nd Street, including the area south of 122nd Street, referred to as “The Point.”
  • Marina and municipal boat ramp and the parking lot at the westernmost point of 81st Street.
  • All borough parks and rec centers.
