Those interested in joining the Sea Isle City Youth Hockey Team, part of the Cape May County Hockey League, can sign-up during open-registration on September 8, 9, 10, and 11, 2008. Registration will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Sea Isle City Recreation Service Building, 63rd Street and Central Avenue. Participants, age 7 to 18, from Sea Isle City, Ocean City, Avalon and Stone Harbor are eligible to play on Sea Isle’s team.
Teams are filled by age group for both roller hockey and street hockey. Two street hockey teams will be formed for ages 7-9 and 10-12. Three roller hockey teams will also be formed for ages 10-12, 13-15, and 16-18.
Games will be played in Sea Isle City, Dennis Township, Middle Township, Lower Township and North Wildwood. There is a $25.00 registration fee per player. For additional information, contact the Sea Isle City Recreation Department at (609) 263-0050 or 263-6163.
