Sandy Paws Run set in Stone Harbor

Come and participate in the First Annual Sandy Paws 5K Race and 1 Mile Pooch walk in Stone Harbor, Nov. 29.
Get your exercise in the morning, and then a start on your Christmas shopping by visiting the wonderful shops in the Stone Harbor Business District.
Your participation will not only burn Thanksgiving calories bit will support two great community organizations—The Stone Harbor Volunteer Fire Company and the Animal Alliance of Cape May County.

The 5 K race is for runners and walkers only.
The 1 Mile Pooch Walk is for dogs and walkers and will he on beach.
No dogs are permitted in the 5K run.
Trophies will be awarded for the first, second, and third place male and female finisher overall, the first place finisher in each age group, and for the first, second, and third place male and female finisher in the category Fire/EMS/Police.
Awards will be given to the first, second, and third place “Best Dressed” Pooch.
No duplicate awards will be made.
Pre-registration and packet pick-up is Nov. 28 from 6-8 p.m. at the Fire Company, 96th St. and Second Ave.
Race day registration is from 7:15-8:30 a.m. at the Fire Company.
The 5K Race starts at 9 a.m., the 1 Mile Pooch Walk starts at 9:05 a.m. Post race refreshments will be provided.
