UPPER TOWNSHIP – The Upper Township Democratic Club invites the public to attend their upcoming meeting at 7 p.m., March 6, at the Upper Township Branch of the Cape May County Library. The meeting will include discussion of current events, politics and Township issues. All are welcome.
