Avalon, SIC to Hold Elections May 14

COURT HOUSE – Avalon and Sea Isle City will hold nonpartisan municipal elections May 14. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
Avalon
In Avalon, the mayor’s seat and two council-at-large seats are open for four-year terms.
Martin Pagliughi is uncontested for mayor.
Barbara Juzaitis, Samuel Wierman, and James Lutz are seeking council-at-large seats. Pagliughi, Juzaitis, and Wierman are running under the banner “Dedicated Leadership – Team Avalon 2019” while Lutz is running under “New Voice for Avalon.” 
Sea Isle City
In Sea Isle City, Leonard Desiderio is running unopposed for a four-year term for mayor. Incumbents William Kehner, Sr. and Frank Edwardi, Jr. are running unopposed for two, four-year terms for council-at-large seats. All three are running under the banner “Team Sea Isle.”
