PARK REPAIRS – Lower Township Rotarians, along with some youthful volunteers, had some fun last Thursday while repairing one of the pavillions at Douglas Park.  The Pavillions were erected in 1970 and 1972 as a cooperative community project by the Township of Lower, the Lower Township Rotary Club and the Delaware River and Bay Authority.  All three organizations continue to maintain the park which welcomes Ferry riders to Cape May County, and provides spectacular sunset views for local residents.
DONATION – Knights of Columbus Stella Maris Council 3546 serves both St.  Raymond and St. John of God parishes.  Through the generosity of visitors at the K of C hall and members of the council, funding was available to purchase a defibrillator for each parish.
