The Ocean City Arts Center welcomes well-known muralist and portrait artist Nancy Palermo during the month of January.
She will exhibit works on her exploration of Light and Shadow. A Meet the Artist Reception will be held on Friday, Jan. 9 from 6-8 p.m. Open to the public. Admission is free and refreshments will be provided.
