Mid-Summer Fest in Wildwood Crest

The Borough of Wildwood Crest will host its Mid-Summer Festival on Saturday and Sunday, July 26-27 at the Gazebo by the Sea at Rambler Road and Ocean Avenue. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
The Mid-Summer Festival will include entertainment, children’s activities, food and arts and crafts vendors.
Live entertainment will be provided throughout the festival. Saturday’s schedule includes pop music from the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s with Michael James (11 a.m.) and classic rock and roll and blues from the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s with Earthdaddy.
In addition, the popular Karaoke with the Faz will be on hand from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday’s schedule includes an eclectic mix of favorites with Lou DeMeis (10 a.m.) and acoustic tunes with Bill Caterini (12:30 p.m.).
Food vendors include hot sandwiches, meat on a stick, old-fashioned soda, mini donuts, kettle korn, gourmet cupcakes, homemade cakes and sweets and more.
In addition, scores of arts and crafts vendors, with products ranging from jewelry to pottery to photography to linens to floral products, will line the Gazebo by the Sea area.
The popular children’s moon bounce, face painting and the entertaining stilt walker will also return to the festival.
Admission to the Mid-Summer Festival is free. Parking is also free and will be available at Myrtle Road and Ocean Avenue.
