Kids Can! Expo moves to new location and time

By On Deck Staff

Kids Can! Expo, the Nature Center of Cape May’s annual children’s festival, moves to a new location at Cape May Elementary School this year.
The event will take place Sunday, Feb. 22, at a new time, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This year the Nature Center welcomes special guests the Balance Pilates and Yoga Studio, who will offer children’s yoga demonstrations; “Green Fashions,” with recycled children’s clothing sold at inexpensive prices; and the always-exciting Joanne Reagan Dancers.
No Kids! Can Expo would be complete without favorites such as ocean touch-tank critters from the Lower Cape May Regional science classes and the Wetlands Institute, hands-on environmental science and natural history exhibits, recycling activities, make-n-take crafts, great food, face painting, and educational booths.
The admission price is $5 per person. Children two years old and under are admitted free of charge.
If you are looking for something fun to do on a cold winter day, come spend it with the Nature Center of Cape May!
See our ad in Kidsville for a special coupon, and bring the family on over to Cape May Elementary, at 921 Lafayette St., in Cape May.
For complete details, call the nature center at 609-898-8848.
