Jazz vespers back in Cape May

By On Deck Staff

Jazz vespers at the First Presbyterian Church, Hughes and Decatur streets, Cape May, takes place Jan. 18 and Feb. 22 at 3 p.m.
In January, stepping onto the vespers stage for the first time will be the well-know jazz keyboardist Greg Pordon and Friends.
Pordon’s great talent, extremely broad repertoire, and wacky humor make for a delightful evening of jazz.
In February, the concert series will feature veteran jazz trumpeter Joe Breidenstein, who will bring the Joe Breidenstein Jazz Band to the vespers stage.
Breidenstein’s sassy, yet classy playing has built a sterling reputation for this great musician.
The performance promises to be filled with exciting and moving jazz.
Admission for jazz vespers is free. A love offering is appreciated. Limited free parking is available, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
