Irish-American music program presented

Ireland’s County Sligo-style fiddle meets Russell County Virginia’s autoharp, guitar, banjo, and mountain dulcimer, when two professional entertainers from the greater Philadelphia area, Kate Danaher and Amy MacCloud appear before the Irish American Cultural Society (IACS) at its monthly meeting in Absecon.
Admission is free and the meeting is open to the public on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 7:30 p.m., in the American Legion Hall, New Jersey Ave. and Mill Road.
The IACS is a regional group dedicated to the study and promotion of Irish and Celtic culture and history.
