WILDWOOD CREST – The Borough of Wildwood Crest has submitted its Affordable Housing Compliance Plan to the New Jersey Superior Court to comply with the state’s Fair Housing Act of 1985. The borough expects the plan to be accepted by the court. The borough will begin collecting additional funds from builders and contractors that will finance the law’s affordable housing requirements for certain income-based housing standards agreed to in the plan.
