STONE HARBOR — On Nov. 10, Stone Harbor Police Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of 96th Street for a burglary complaint.
Upon arrival officers learned that the property was undergoing renovations and the complainant had arrived at the residence to find damage to the walls, ceiling, cabinet doors, and furniture.
The scene was processed by the Stone Harbor Detective Division.
Based on information and evidence gathered at the scene, Scott Woolcock, 34, of Court House, was arrested on Nov.11, for his involvement in this incident.
Woolcock is charged with Burglary, a third-degree crime, and criminal mischief, a disorderly persons offense.
Woolcock was processed and released on summonses.
A Court date has been scheduled.
This case is pending review by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
