SIC Approves $700k for Road Improvement

SEA ISLE CITY – Members of the city council approved a package of road improvements totaling a little over $700,000 Oct. 25. 
The locations to be paved are 40th Street from Central Avenue to Kneass Street; Kneass Street from JFK Boulevard to 38th Street; Pleasure Ave from JFK Boulevard to 38th Street; 89th Street beach end; and a cul-de-sac construction in the southern section of Park Road. 
Funding is from a previously approved capital funding ordinance. The work is expected to be done between now and this coming spring. More definitive information regarding the schedule will be determined when the preconstruction meeting is held.
