Senator’s Office Answers Federal Questions for County Residents

By Herald Staff

BARRINGTON — A U.S. Senator’s staff will be at this county’s state Senator’s office on Jan. 20.
This year, Senator Robert Menendez’s constituent services staff will visit various parts of the southern New Jersey region to host “Constituent Days” as part of the Senator’s new Traveling Office outreach initiative.
During “Constituent Days” Menendez’s constituent services staff will be available to speak with residents and provide information on federal issues such as Veterans Affairs, the IRS, Medicare and Social Security.
“A large part of my service to New Jerseyans includes providing constituent services to residents in the state,” Menendez said in a release. “My staff, in both of my state offices, works diligently to help New Jerseyans obtain information and resources from various federal departments and agencies. It is an honor to serve as a United States Senator from New Jersey, and have the opportunity to help residents obtain the information they need.”
The next “Constituent Day” will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 20 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the First Legislative District Office of State Senator Jeff Van Drew and Assemblymen Nelson Albano and Matthew Milam, located at 21 North Main Street, Court House.
Residents with any questions or concerns pertaining to federal issues are welcome to attend and speak with Menendez’s staff.
Additional “Constituent Days” will be posted on Senator Menendez’s website at http://menendez.senate.gov.
