CREST HAVEN – Call Dolores Rambo, “Madam President.”
Rambo, an investigator with the Cape May County Consumer Affairs Office, was honored by freeholders Oct. 23 on her recent election as president of the North American Consumer Protection Investigators.
Rambo said that the office affords her connections with many in similar posts nationwide.
That could benefit consumers who have a need to call upon the office when in a dispute with a merchant.
Freeholder Vice-Director Leonard Desiderio, at the presentation of Rambo’s plaque, said “It is quite an honor for her and the county.”
Joining Rambo as she accepted her plaque from freeholders was John Rechner, director of the Cape May County Consumer Affairs office.
