STONE HARBOR – Stone Harbor bayside homeowners who have been unable to install pools due to the “established bulkhead” setback requirements will have to wait a bit longer for relief.
The Planning Board had drafted new setback requirements based on the actual bulkhead, but the ordinance required to implement those requirements failed to gain introduction at the May 1 borough council meeting.

Council felt that this issue merited further consideration in light of an expected increase in the borough’s required height for the bulkhead.
