Ocean City Police Department Reports Arrests

OCEAN CITY — Ocean City Police Department reported the following arrests for the week of July 14-23:
July 14: Charles Feder, age 20, of Malvern, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr), Possession of CDS, Possession with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bob Reichanek and Ptl. Dave Fiera of the Noise and Alcohol Unit.
Cornell Eldridge, age 19, of Piscataway was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 9under 50 gr), Possession of CDS, Possession with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bob Reichanek and Ptl. Dave Ficca of the Noise and Alcohol Unit.
July 15: Gordon Murphy, age 18, of Norristown, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officer was Ptl. Pat Walsh of TSU.
July 16: Derrick North, age 25, of Marmora was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Pat Walsh of TSU.
July 17: Brian Smith, age 23, Exton, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Ptl John Vogt (K-9) and Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead of Squad 3.
Carl Kulp, age 23, of West Chester , Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Certain Weapons. The arresting officers were Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead (Squad 3) and Ptl. John Vogt K-9.
Jason Phelan, age 30, of Allentown, Pa., was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Pat Walsh of TSU.
July 18: Barry Basile, age 38, of Collingswood was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law and Defiant Trespasser. The arresting officers were Pt!. Dean Ballard and Lt. Bruce Twiggs of Squad 1.
Vladislav Melnichuk, age 22, of Vineland was arrested for Hindering Apprehension. The arresting officer was Pt!. Pat Walsh of TSU.
Steve Magnier, age 21, of Willow Grove, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officer was Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead of Squad 3.
July 19: Dave Ramsey, age 28, of Feaster Village, Pa., was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Chris Nielson of Squad 3.
Toni Coleman, age 34, of Swedesboro was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Jen Barbato and Sgt. Jon Campo of Squad 3.
July 21: Corey Kline, age 33, of Pemberton was arrested for Shoplifting, Possession of CBS, Possession of Hypodermic Needle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Pt!. Scott Ruch (Squad 4) and Pt!. John Vogt K-9.
Horiorio Pazos, age 62, of Pleasantville was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officer was Ptl. Karl Ruf of Squad 1.
July 22: Tara Ciamphelia, age 20, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law, Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Pt!. John Vogt (K-9) and Pat Walsh of TSU.
Charles Mulloy, age 20, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law, Possession of CBS, Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Other Weapons. The arresting officers were Ptl. Pat Walsh (TSU) and Ptl. John Vogt K-9.
Joe McGovern, age 29, of Ocean City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bob Koob and Ptl. Matt Schaffer of Squad 3.
Andrea Murphy, age 23, of Clayton was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Pt). Bob Koob and Sgt. Jon Campo of Squad 3.
July 23: Thelma Barley, age 29, of Galloway was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bob Koob (Squad 3) and Ptl. John Vogt (K-9).
George Reid, age 35, of Ocean City was arrested for Burglary and Theft from a Motor Vehicle. The arresting officer was Ptl. Doug Varnold of Squad 2.
