North Wildwood Closes Beach for Replenishment Project

By Herald Staff

NORTH WILDWOOD PRESS RELEASE:
NORTH WILDWOOD — Please be advised that access to the 15th Avenue beach will be temporarily closed due to the Beach Replenishment Project, which has been progressing on schedule since Sept. 14.
Be assured that the beach is still available for you to enjoy while this necessary work continues.
Anyone wanting to drive a vehicle on the beach—and who has a valid beach permit for the vehicle—can access the beach at Second and Surf avenues, next to the Lou Booth Amphitheater.
Those who wish to walk on the beach can do so in any area not designated as closed by barricades and/or tape. As the project moves southward on the beach, walkers should be aware of the changing locations of construction.
