Middle Police Ask for Information Regarding Five Below Break-in

COURT HOUSE — On July 5, Middle Township police responded to a burglary at the Five Below department store in Rio Grande.
Sometime during the early morning hours of July 5, unknown suspect(s) made entry into the store through the front door, and disabled the alarm system. While inside they attempted to breach the safe, but were unsuccessful.
There is not a definite time frame yet, but it is believed the burglary occurred between midnight and 3 am Tuesday morning.
Police are asking for the public’s help in solving this case. If anyone saw anything suspicious in the area of Five Below, or has any information on the crime, they are encouraged to contact Middle Township Police at 465- 8700 or Cape May County Crime Stoppers at 465- 2800.
