ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Diane Sotomayor, 19, of Villas, failure to keep right, $139 fine and costs.
Shawn Wolf, 26, of Villas, criminal mischief, $508 fine and costs.
Jennifer Collins, 36, of Court House, unsafe driving, $339 fine and costs.
Stefanie Daniel, 36, of North Brunswick, failure to wear seatbelt, $114 fine and costs.
Rebecca Miller, 23, of Rio Grande, unsafe driving, failure to exhibit driver’s license, $578 fine and costs.
Chad Randle, 43, of Erma, failure to inspect, $139 fine and costs.
Danielle Sprague, age unknown, of Rio Grande, failure to exhibit insurance card, $189 fine and costs.
Richard Steel, 31, of Villas, driving while suspended, $1,039 fine and costs, six months driver’s license revocation, 10 days in county jail.
Dianna Bentley, 60, of Erma, driving while intoxicated, three months driver’s license revocation, fefusal to take breath test, $1,053 fine and costs.
Walt Volz, age unknown, of West Berlin, driving while suspended, unregistered vehicle, $1,150 fine and costs, six months driver’s license revocation, 20 days in county jail.
Maritza Jenkins, 44, of Woodbine, driving while suspended, unregistered vehicle, $1,178 fine and costs, six months driver’s license revocation.
Andrew Walker, 22, of Cape May, driving while intoxicated, failure to exhibit insurance card, $853 fine and costs, seven months driver’s license revocation.
