Lower Township Municipal Court – 9-16

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
George Flanigan, 26, North Cape May, simple assault. $458 fine and costs; enroll in domestic violence program.
Brenda Jefferson, 54, Wildwood Crest, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Edward Flynn, 19, Mays Landing, fail to exhibit documents, careless driving. $378 fine and costs.
Cynthia Killian, 49, Philadelphia, fail to stop or yield. $139 fine and costs.
Bonnie Sandy 18, Sewell, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Annette Love, 49, Wildwood, fail to exhibit insurance card, careless driving. $328 fine and costs.
Jason Wagner, 26, Villas, driving while suspended. $539 fine and costs.
Sarah Wilke, 24, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Jeffery Aviles, 18, Villas, fail to exhibit driving license, $189 fine and costs.
Charles Conine Jr. Magnolia, driving while intoxicated. $1,364 fine and costs; two ears drivers license revocation; six months jail.
William Garner, 62, Erma, fail to maintain a lane. $189 fine and costs.
Tatiana Halkiadakis, 25, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Ricky Thomas, 30, North Cape May, unlicensed driver, failure to inspect. $378 fine and costs.
