Lower Township Municipal Court -12-23

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Judith Hamilton, 55, Villas, failure to inspect. $139 fine and costs.
Ernest Mirabella, 33, Villas, simple assault. $758 fine and costs.
Adam Hegarty, 23, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license; unsafe driving. $578 fine and costs.
Alexander Myers, 18, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
William McPheeters, 48, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; eight months drivers license revocation.
Lou Pelletier, 50, Rio Grande, unlicensed driver. $229 fine and costs.
James Richter, 40, Narberth, Pa., driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
Daniel Lee, 39, Villas, driving while intoxicated; simple assault. $458 fine and costs; 90 days county jail suspended; complete DVP and submit proof of completion; no contact with victim; FRO in effect.
Kevin Kelly-Pallanta, 20, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license; noise disturbance. $622 fine and costs.
Elwood Probst, 60, Villas, noise disturbance. $733 fine and costs.
Phyllis Jantti, 41, Villas, open container in public areas prohibited. $233 fine and costs;
Christopher Lamonica, 34, Wildwood Crest, driving while suspended. $1,114 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation, 10 days county jail.
Anthony Mosher, 23, Villas, failure to exhibit documents. $214 fine and costs.
Stephanie Sedeyn, 22, Bridgeton, unsafe driving. $ 389 fine and costs.
Lee Robinson, 37, Erma, failure to observe signal. $139 fine and costs.
Timothy Suttera, 41, Fishing Creek, unlawfully loaning motor vehicle; allowing unlicensed driver to operate. $239 fine and costs; three months drivers license suspension.
John Matthews, 20, Villas, two counts driving while suspended. $2,078 fine and costs; 12 months drivers license revocation; 20 days county jail.
Matthew Donnelly Sr., 21, leaving scene of accident. $239 fine and costs.
Donald Hand, 58, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $1,364 fine and costs; 10 years drivers license suspension; 180 days jail.
Jonie Sciscio, 37, Court House, driving while intoxicated; refusal to submit to breath test. $1,053 fine and costs; 10 months drivers license revocation.
