ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Natalie Abadie, 23, Vineland, fail to exhibit drivers license. $ 189 fine and costs.
Shiah Blau, 22, Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Matthew Franco, 19, Villas, fail to stop or yield, $119 fine and costs.
Damian LeBlanc, 27, Erma, failure to move to the right or stop for emergency vehicle. $139 fine and costs.
Lisa Loch, 31, Villas, fail to exhibit drives license. $189 fine and costs.
Martin Sheller, 42, Hebron, Md. Unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Rebecca Alexander, 33, Erma, driving while suspended. $539 fine and costs; 20 days drivers license revocation.
Joanne Balcunas, 37, Wildwood, shoplifting. $358 fine and costs; no contact with Wawa.
Noreen Czerwinski, 56, Del Haven, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Robert Kabusk, 22, North Cape May, driving while suspended; fail to exhibit documents. $967 fine and costs; 20 days drivers license revocation.
