Lower Police Accepting Class II and Dispatcher Applications

VILLAS – The Lower Township Police Department is accepting applications for Special Class II Police Officers and Relief Dispatchers. Class II Applicants must hold a valid PTC Certification for New Jersey Special Class II Officer and have a minimum of two years experience as a Law Enforcement Officer.
Relief Dispatcher is a part-time, on call position. Preference will be given to those who are already certified and/or trained for this position; however, please do not hesitate to apply if you feel that you have the skills necessary but have not yet been trained.
Applications are available in the Records Section located in the front lobby of police headquarters, 405 Breakwater Road, Erma, New Jersey, during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday or through our website at http://Lowertownshippolice.com on the job opportunities page.
Applicants are encouraged to submit an application to have on file for present and future hiring opportunities.
