SEA ISLE CITY — According to the Press of Atlantic City, a member of the Sea Isle City school board has made inquiries regarding a potential sale and lease back of school property at 4501 Park Road.
The story stated that school board member Daniel Tumolo was exploring interest in a potential lease-sale of the school, which would involve selling the school and then leasing it back, using funds to reduce school taxes.
According to the story, Councilman Frank Edwardi Jr. called the inquiry “underhanded.”
