PETERSBURG – Upper Township Engineer Paul Dietrich told Upper Township Committee members Dec. 9 that “at long last, improvements that we’ve long been waiting for are finally upon us for Corson’s Tavern Road (CR 628).
“The county will be receiving bids for the project next week, and we’re hoping an award to the successful contractor can still be made this year.
“Then, we’ll have a notice to proceed, and see if we can wrap this up as soon as possible. This news is going to make a lot of residents in that area, and motorists who use this road, very happy.”
