Flags Fly at Half-staff to Honor Libro

SEA ISLE CITY – At Sea Isle City Council’s Oct. 13 meeting, Mayor Leonard Desiderio announced that city flags would fly at half-staff in memory of Steve Libro.  

“Steve (Libro) passed away over the weekend, at age 80. He served for four years, as a commissioner, was very active in our town’s tourism endeavors, and founded our recreation department,” said Desiderio.
