DRBA Police Department Welcomes Eleven New Police Officers

New Castle, DE — On Feb. 18, 2015, Colonel Richard H. Arroyo, police administrator for the Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA), administered the oath of office to eleven new police officers inside the James Julian Boardroom prior to the bi-state agency’s monthly Commission Meeting. Designated a CALEA Gold Standard with Excellence law enforcement agency, the DRBA police department is committed to public service, crime prevention, homeland security and highway safety.
