DENNISVILLE – At the Nov. 13 Dennis Township Committee meeting, Mayor Zeth Matalucci announced that the municipality is trying a new system for leaf collection.
“Instead of trying to adhere to a schedule…we’re going to try a new system.
“Each week our public works will post signs for a particular area or streets that will indicate leaf pickup for the following week, and then move the signage to the next area and streets. In this way, residents will have a more timely and confirmed notification when leaves will be collected.
“Residents can also stay apprised of leaf pickup through our Facebook page and township website,” the mayor said.
