Crest Sets Salary Ranges

WILDWOOD CREST – The salary ranges for 2019 have been set in Wildwood Crest, according to an ordinance passed Feb. 6. As stated, “The salary ranges, expressed hereinabove, are base salary scales and do not include compensation for: longevity, school pay, holiday pay, clothing allowance, reimbursable compensatory time, out-of-title pay, overtime, and merit pay properly approved by the Board of Commissioners.” A commissioner’s range was set at $14,000 (minimum) to $44,500 (maximum). The chief of police’s range was set at $90,000 (minimum) to $140,000 (maximum). The Municipal Administrator’s range was set at $7,500 (minimum) to $131,000 (maximum).
