NORTH WILDWOOD – Mayor Patrick Rosenello announced upcoming changes to the eastern side of 22nd Avenue Dec. 17. Development at Seaport Pier requires attention to traffic patterns, i.e., deliveries and parking at nearby condominiums, and reconstructing the road itself.
Rosenello said parking at a local condominium is technically in the city’s right-of-way; however, engineers “worked hard” to preserve parking. “We (city) will not take the parking,” said Rosenello. A round-about will be installed at the street end facing the Boardwalk, allowing for easier delivery services and turning around.
