Free computer classes at county library

The Cape May County Library is offering free computer workshops during November.
Computer classes are available to adult library cardholders in good standing at the Main Library Technology Education Center located at 30 Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Workshops are held from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and are limited to eight individuals, therefore, pre-registration is required.
Call 609-463-6341 and leave your name, telephone number, and the name of the workshop you wish to attend.
Registration is now being accepted for the following classes:
• Monday, November 3 – My First Computer Class.
• Wednesday, November 5 – My First Computer Class.
• Friday, November 7 – Software or “How does it do that?”
• Monday, November 17 – Web 1.0.
• Wednesday, November 19 – Hotmail 101.
The following classes will be offered in 2009:
• Library Catalog Essentials.
• Introduction to EBSCOhost.
• Windows XP Basics.
• Windows Vista Basics.
• Working with Files in Windows Vista.
• Internet Explorer 7.0.
