BEESLEYS POINT – Fire crews responded to a report of a fire on Beesley’s Point Bridge around 7:15 p.m. Sept. 6. The fire was located in the middle of the span, CBSPhilly reports.
Crews were on scene for one hour and no injuries were reported.
The bridge, which used to connect Upper Township and Somers Point, was closed to traffic in 2004, the report continued.
