Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for Oct. 5-Nov. 5, 2016

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from Oct. 5-Nov. 5, 2016. 
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Esme Neiss, 24, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 5 with possession of prescription legend drugs during a motor vehicle crash investigation in Woodbine. She was processed and released. 
Alexander Rodrigues, 36, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 6 with contempt and harassment for violation of a final restraining order by sending numerous text messages to the victim. He was processed and released. 
Kelly Bradley, 32, from Mays Landing was charged Oct. 7 with theft, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, and criminal mischief for admittedly taking a vehicle and cash (estimated to be $8,000) from a person she met on an online dating service. Suspect initially left the area but was apprehended a week later, and was processed at the station where she admitted to the crimes. She was lodged at Cape May County Correctional Center.  
Alice Fox, 45, from Upper Township was charged Oct. 9 with disorderly conduct during a disorderly person investigation in Upper Township. She had been admittedly drinking and was arrested after causing a disturbance. She was processed and released. 
Joseph Cummiskey, 19, from Avalon was charged Oct. 11 with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Judith Fisher, 58, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 11 with shoplifting for admittedly taking without paying approximately $50 from the Marmora ShopRite. On Oct. 15, she was also charged with shoplifting approximately $30 worth of goods from an incident that occurred on Oct. 6. She was processed and released on both. 
James Domenico, 30, was charged Oct. 13 with possession of heroin, crack cocaine and paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released. 
Jeffrey Livingston, 30, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 13 with burglary and criminal mischief for admittedly entering his uncle’s residence while he was away and destroying property in the garage and the bedroom. He was processed and lodged at Cape May County Correctional Center.  
Carl Moore, 28, from North Wildwood was charged Oct. 13 with aggravated assault during a domestic dispute in Woodbine. During an argument with his girlfriend, Moore allegedly grabbed and threw her forcefully to the ground where she began to have a seizure. She allegedly also suffered a wrist injury during the incident. After the incident, the suspect fled the scene but later turned himself in to the Woodbine Station. He was processed and released. 
Amber Patton, 23, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 14 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to her true identity to avoid apprehension for two active warrants during a medical investigation involving her friend. She was processed and lodged at Cape May County Correctional Center.  
William Hughes, 26, from Franklinville was charged Oct. 15 with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Shaun Brooks, 42, from Millville was charged Oct. 16 with stalking and harassment during a domestic dispute in Dennis Township with his spouse of whom he is separated from. Victim advised that he sent her numerous inappropriate text messages, watched her in her residence from outside of her home, yelled numerous obscenities towards her and threw a cup of coffee on her vehicle. He was processed and released. 
Joshua Toliver, 39, from Vineland was charged Oct. 19 with aggravated assault and terroristic threats during an assault investigation in Dennis Township. Victim alleged that her boyfriend (Toliver) assaulted her and threatened her life during an argument where he allegedly grabbed her by the throat, and threw her to the ground causing visible signs of injury. She was treated at Cape Regional Medical Center and signed a temporary restraining order (TRO) against him. Toliver was later arrested by NJSP Bridgeton Station on the warrant and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Jose Camacho, 52, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 22 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to his true identity to avoid apprehension for being a NCIC Wanted Person (child support) during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and lodged at Cape May County Correctional Center.  
Jacob Grant, 32, from Villas was charged Oct. 24 with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia during a pedestrian contact in Dennis Township. Grant attempted to flee on foot when ordered to stop and was apprehended. He was found in possession of drugs and also found to be a NCIC Wanted Person. He was processed and lodged at Cape May County Correctional Center.  
Emily Berrios, 18, from Cape May was charged Oct. 26 with aggravated assault for admittedly assaulting her cousin’s ex-girlfriend causing visible signs of injury to her face, more specifically a fractured orbital, fractured nasal bone, and other injury. She was processed and released. 
Christopher Liston, 31, from Mays Landing was charged Oct. 29 with possession of prescription pills and DWI during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released.   
Matthew Hartman, 18, from Seaville was charged Oct. 30 with harassment for allegedly contacting his ex-girlfriend via the social media application “Instagram” and sending unwanted and at times, alarming text messages. Victim stated that Hartman had been advised numerous times to not contact her, but he continued to do so. A TRO was also signed against him. He was processed and released. 
Christian Santiago, 24, from Woodbine was charged Nov. 5 with obstruction and resisting arrest during a large fight in progress in Woodbine. The crowd had dispersed prior to the trooper’s arrival. Santiago, who was in the immediate area was questioned and became threatening to the troopers and an attempt to arrest him was done. He initially refused and resisted but was then arrested. He was also found to have two warrants active for him and was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.

Oct. 28: Ryan Passarelli, 23, from Northfield
Oct. 29: Christopher Liston, 31, from Mays Landing
Oct. 30: Robert Vile, 45, from Philadelphia
Nov. 2: Gerald Murray, 27, from Woodbine
Nov. 4: Joshua Adams, 29, from Woodbie
Nov. 4: Blake Wilson, 28, from Avalon
