Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for Aug. 10-Oct. 3, 2016

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from Aug. 10-Oct. 3, 2016. The abbreviation for controlled dangerous substance used below is CDS.  
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Noah Platt, 18, from Woodbine, was charged Aug. 10 with DWI, possession of CDS – cocaine, and prescription legend drugs during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released. 
Jeffrey Errickson, 50, from Woodbine, was charged Aug. 15 with domestic violence simple assault for admittedly pushing his wife and allegedly grabbing her by the face causing visible signs of injury during a disorderly person investigation at their residence. He was processed and released. 
Daniel Brunk, 31, from Woodbine, was charged Aug. 18 with obstruction, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct during a fight investigation in Woodbine. Brunk attempted to obstruct the investigation and resisted arrest. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Noloanryan Rodier, 24, from Marmora, was charged Aug. 20 with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a sign, light fixtures, and flower arrangements at the Tuckahoe Inn. He was alleged to have been very intoxicated and aggressive while at the Inn the night before, and security footage from the Inn revealed Rodier as the suspect. He was processed and released. 
Louis Buyse, 20, from Woodbine, was charged Aug. 20 with possession of CDS – marijuana drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Kenneth Green, 24, from Vineland, was charged Aug. 22 with serving/ supplying of alcoholic beverages to a minor and Amber Kozma, 20, from Millville, and Gabryel Blum, 20, from Buena were charged with minors possessing alcoholic beverages. Subjects allegedly had alcoholic beverages in their possession while on the beach in Strathmere. They were processed and released. 
Randall Fine, 22, from Ocean View, was charged Aug. 24 with shoplifting for allegedly stealing $22.54 worth of items from Seaville Tavern. He was processed and released. 
Gregory Gauntt, 35, from Villas, was charged Aug. 27 with possession of CDS – marijuana drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released. 
Karen Mortimer, 46, from Corbin City, was charged Aug. 28 with possession of CDS – marijuana drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was processed and released. 
Melitza Faulcon, 43, from Woodbine, was charged Aug. 28 with disorderly conduct and simple assault (domestic violence) for allegedly grabbing her daughter causing visible signs of injury. During the investigation, Faulcon who appeared extremely intoxicated, allegedly spewed obscenities at the troopers. She was processed and released. 
Jason Bartz, 62, from Mays Landing, was charged Aug. 28 with theft for admittedly attempting to steal a walker valued at approximately $200 from the Frontier Campground in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Justin Steen, 20, from Beesley’s Point, was charged Aug. 28 with burglary and theft for allegedly entering his friend’s residence and stealing property valued at approximately $100. He was processed and released. 
Carl Moore, 28, from Woodbine, was charged Sept. 2 with resisting arrest,  terroristic threats, and obstruction during a fight investigation in Woodbine. During the investigation, Moore became disorderly and resisted when being placed under arrest. During this time he made life threatening comments to his girlfriend, with whom the original fight investigation began. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center after he was found to be a wanted person for child support. 
Sally Springer, 71, from Cape May Court House, was charged Sept. 2 with admittedly shoplifting approximately $146 worth of goods from the Marmora ShopRite. She was processed and released. 
Ronalda Franklin, 49, from Ocean City, was charged Sept. 3 with burglary and criminal mischief for allegedly breaking into her ex-husband’s residence and damaging his motorcycle. She initially fled the scene but on Sept. 16 came to the station for processing, was charged and was released. 
Miranda McDermott, 24, from Millville, was charged Sept. 3 with conspiracy to commit theft, and hindering the apprehension during a theft investigation in Dennis Township. McDermott and a male identified as Andrew Lupperger, allegedly stole a generator from a residence and sold it. During the investigation, McDermott gave false information. She was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. Lupperger was apprehended on Sept. 15, admitted to the theft, was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Leroy Hutchinson, 52, from Woodbine, was charged Sept. 3 with hindering apprehension for giving false information as to his true and lawful identity to avoid apprehension for several active warrants while on a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released. 
James and Jessica Osborn, 29 and 27 respectively, from Tuckahoe, were charged Sept. 9 with theft and conspiracy to commit theft out of Lower Township and with conspiracy to commit fencing out of Middle Township during the course of an investigation into burglaries in the Woodbine area. Both admitted to taking jewelry and other items valued at approximately $1,750 which were dropped off/donated at an “AMVETS” charity donation bin (which is a federal charity service providing donations to support American military veterans) in North Cape May and pawning them. They were processed and released. Some of the stolen property was recovered and will be turned over to the owner. 
John Thomas, 44, from Villas, was charged Sept. 9 with burglary and theft for allegedly entering his workplace at the Dennisville Fence Co. and taking cash, approximately $360, from the business on several dates. Suspect was seen on video surveillance entering the business and taking cash. He was processed and released pending court. 
Joseph “Ricky” Small, 61, from Woodbine, was charged Sept. 11 with terroristic threats (two counts), possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon during an investigation of someone allegedly swinging a hatchet and threatening to kill people at a residence in Woodbine. Small admitted having the hatchet in his possession. There were no injuries and Small was processed and lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Stacy Baez, 24, from Woodbine, was charged Sept. 12 with possession of CDS – marijuana drug paraphernalia during a pedestrian contact in Woodbine. He was processed and released. 
Olivia Tighe, 20, from Cape May Court House, was charged Sept. 13 with harassment for admittedly sending harassing text messages to her brother’s girlfriend over family issues they were having. She was processed and released. 
Terry Moore, 25, from Millville. was charged Sept. 13 with possession of CDS – marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released. 
Charles Gummel, 54, from Woodbine, was charged Sept. 14 with aggravated assault, possession of weapon for unlawful purposes, and unlawful possession of a weapon for allegedly pointing a pellet gun at his son during a verbal argument/domestic dispute in their home. Gummel admitted to having the gun in his hand but it was not loaded. Same was recovered and found empty. No injuries occurred.  He was processed and lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center. 
James Zimmerman, 50, from Ocean City, was charged Sept. 15 with hindering apprehension for giving false information to a law enforcement officer to avoid apprehension for an active warrant while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Donald Fitzpatrick, 29, from Cape May Court House, was charged Sept. 17 with possession of CDS – marijuana during a motorist aid in Woodbine. He was processed and released. 
James Zimmerman, 51, from Ocean City, was charged Sept. 24 with criminal mischief for allegedly causing damage inside the residence of his ex-girlfriend and then breaking off keys in her door locks rendering them unusable. He was processed and released. 
Marilyn Hamann-McCormick, 44, from Dennis Township, was charged Sept. 28 with possession of CDS – crystal methamphetamine during a medical assist investigation. She admitted having the CDS in her possession, was arrested and charged. 
Michelle Przybylski, 40, from Chesapeake, Va., was charged Sept. 29 with hindering apprehension for supplying false statements during a one car motor vehicle crash investigation she was involved in to hide her involvement and being at fault. Subject gave false information about another unknown vehicle causing the crash. She later admitted fabricating the story. She was processed and released. 
Kyle Patterson, 21, from Egg Harbor Township, was charged Oct. 1 with possession of CDS – marijuana drug paraphernalia during a suspicious vehicle investigation in Upper Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released. 
Kevin Sparks, 18, from North Wildwood, was charged Oct. 3 with possession of CDS – cocaine and marijuana, drug distribution, and drug paraphernalia (packaging for  drugs) during a property check at Jake’s Landing in Dennis Township. Cash in the amount of $566 was also seized. He was processed and released.

Aug. 19: Benjamin Rosenzweig, 26, from Nutley
Aug. 21: Robert Marquess, 61, from Philadelphia, Pa.
Sept. 28: Jason Wagher, 18, from Philadelphia, Pa.
Oct. 1: Kyle Patterson, 21, from Egg Harbor Township
Oct. 1: Charles Gummel IV, 32, from Marmora
