Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest, Activities Report, June 2-16, 2016

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station and their activities from June 2-16, 2016.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
Jean Ginelryan, 21, from Court House was charged June 2 with possession of marijuana and narcotic paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released. 
Robert Royster, 38, from Jacksonville, N.C. was arrested and charged June 2 with unlawful possession of a firearm (.45 cal. handgun), and possession of a high capacity magazine during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Subject possessed an out-of-state permit to carry but could not lawfully carry in NJ. He was processed and released. 
William Crabill, 28, from Ocean View was charged June 4 with filing a false police report during a verbal dispute investigation in Upper Township. Subject admitted to fabricating a story about being assaulted and having a gun pointed at him the night before. He was processed and released. 
Edward Palasch, 20, from Woodbine was charged June 5 with possession of marijuana and narcotic paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released. 
Cheyenne Warren, 19, from Belleplain was charged June 5 with theft for admittedly stealing $500 from a friend and co-worker. Approximately $340 was recovered and returned to the victim. Warren was processed and released. 
Chad Acevedo, 28, from Court House was charged June 6 with possession of marijuana and narcotic paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Middle Township. He was processed and released. 
Darin Carelli, 20, from Linwood was charged June 7 with possession of marijuana, narcotic paraphernalia and DWI during a suspicious vehicle call in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Luz Rodriguez, 44, from Woodbine was charged June 10 with possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) during a medical assist investigation in Woodbine. She was processed and released. 
Anthony Borneo, 33, from Rosedale, Md. was charged June 10 with driving while intoxicated with a minor present (3-year-old daughter in vehicle) while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released.
Frank Verna, 38, from Elmer was charged June 14 with being a fugitive from justice and also charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. During the stop it was learned that he was wanted out of Delaware for armed robbery. He was arrested, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center pending extradition to Delaware. 
Gary Miller, 47, from Margate was charged June 15 with obstruction during the course of a disorderly person complaint in Woodbine. He was observed to be intoxicated and attempted to obstruct the investigation. He was also found to have two traffic warrants active for him. He was arrested, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.

June 14: Crystal Seltzer, 54, from Rio Grande
June 15: Kelly Belford, 31, from Villas
June 16: Edmond Cubbage Jr., 44, from Philadelphia
