Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest, Activities Report, June 19-July 18, 2016

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station and their activities from June 19-July 18, 2016. The abbreviation for controlled dangerous substance used below is CDS. 
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Robert Ramos, 29, from Newtonville, and Rachel Levin, 26, from Tuckerton were arrested June 19 on active warrants during a motorist aid in Upper Township. During the course of the investigation, Ramos was also found in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and was additionally charged. They were processed and Levin was released and Ramos was lodged in Atlantic County Jail. 
Timothy Yarger, 47, from Egg Harbor Township, and Matthew Nynay, 48, from Palermo were charged June 21 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. They were processed and released. 
Tyler Schettig, 18, from Ocean View was charged June 22 with DWI (drugs); possession heroin;  hypodermic syringe and use/being under the influence of CDS during a suspicious vehicle incident in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Zebulon Robinson (son), 31, and Phyllis Robinson (mother), 53, both from Dennis Township, were charged June 23 with simple assault (domestic violence) during a verbal dispute investigation at their residence. Investigation revealed both subjects allegedly assaulted one another and both exhibited evidence of injury as a result of same. A temporary restraining order (TRO) was requested by Phyllis Robinson against her son and granted. Both were processed and released. Zebulon Robinson was charged June 23 with contempt for violating the TRO, and was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Thomas Adams, 35, from Rio Grande was charged June 25 with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct during a disorderly person investigation at a hotel in the 100 block Rt. 9 South in Marmora. Adams reportedly punched out a screen window at the hotel and yelled profanities and obscenities at the hotel’s manager and guests. He was processed and released. 
John Pfaeffli, 65, from Rio Grande was charged June 26 with obscenity for persons 18 years of age or older and harassment for admittedly contacting the victim via phone and leaving messages that were sometimes sexually disturbing in nature. He was processed and released. 
James Dunnkosky, 23, from Vincentown was charged June 26 with theft for admittedly taking tires with chrome rims and a tow chain, a total value of $550 from a victim in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Edward Shockley, 39, from Villas was charged June 26 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released. 
David Woolley, 19, from Upper Township was charged June 27 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a pedestrian contact in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Jillian Elliot, 33, from Woodbine was charged June 29 with vehicular homicide and DWI (drugs) during the course of a fatal motor vehicle accident investigation on SH 83 in Dennis Township. During the investigation it was determined that she was under the influence. She was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Dyronne McCray-Wiggins, 18, from Philadelphia was charged July 2 with hindering apprehension by providing false information as to his true identity during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released. 
Anthony A. Greto, 22, Angela Greto, 24, Daniel Allegretto, 24, all from Sea Isle City, and John J. Petransky, 22, from Lansdowne, Pa., Tara Garland, 23, from Drexel Hill, Pa., and Thomas McAteer, 23, from Springfield, Pa., were all charged July 3 with defiant trespassing for swimming at a body of water at Hanson Sand and Gravel in Upper Township. The area where the trespassers were located was clearly posted “Private Property” and “No Trespassing.” Property was also marked by five “No Trespassing” signs along the path that was used to get to the water and all of the subjects acknowledged that they were aware of the signs. They were processed and released. 
James Murray, 31, from Woodbine was arrested and charged July 4 with theft, resisting arrest, hindering apprehension, burglary, simple assault, and possession of CDS during a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend in Woodbine. Suspect allegedly entered the residence and stole the victim’s property, then allegedly grabbed her and threw a chair at her. While being placed under arrest, he resisted arrest. Murray was processed and then lodged into Cape May County Correctional Center.

July 9: Christopher Vazquez, 26, from Middletown, N.Y.
July 9: Dennis Thomas, 47, from Middletown
July 10: Victoria Linderman, 55, from Lehigh Acres, Fla.
July 12: Susan Stearne-Adiletto, 55, from Clermont
July 15: Wendy Vogt, 61, from Atlantic City
July 16: Cynthia Johnson, 48, from Sicklerville
July 17: Christine Nabal, 40, from Philadelphia
July 18: Walter Whitehouse, 75, from Philadelphia
